Advice to travellers returning from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, or Thailand

If you have returned from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, or Thailand in the last 14 DAYS and develop symptoms of cough or fever or shortness of breath, you should immediately:

  • stay indoors and avoid contact with other people as you would with the flu
  • call NHS 111 to inform them of your recent travel to the country

Do NOT go to a doctor’s surgery or hospital.

Flu Vaccines now available in the surgery, please contact the surgery to arrange an appointment if you fall into the categories listed below -;

Over 65

Under 65 and have one of the following medical conditions ;

Asthma, Diabetes, Heart Disease

Long Term Conditions
